Dan Flanagan with Trio Solano, with Special Guest Tammie Dyer

*Part of our Third Sunday Concert Series, founded and curated by Jane Lenoir – now in its fourth year!
Join us as legendary Berkeley-based violinist, composer, and art collector Dan Flanagan combines musical forces with Trio Solano (Victoria Ehrlich, cello; Paul Ehrlich, viola) and violinist Tammie Dyer in a program of Dan’s own original compositions, each paired with the painting that inspired the music. Both the musicians and the visual art will be onstage for this exclusive live-stream from St. Alban’s Parish Hall. The program concludes with Beethoven‘s String Trio in C minor, Op.9 No.3.

This group features the full array of local professionals who perform in multiple orchestras and ensembles; they started a new ensemble with a focus on original material.  Violinist Dan Flanagan is concertmaster of multiple local orchestras, and is a member of the Berkeley Symphony. Cellist Victoria Ehrlich is with San Francisco Opera;  violist Paul Ehrlich performs with San Francisco Ballet, and guest violinist Tammie Dyer is with Sacramento Philharmonic. Tickets on Eventbrite, and you can sample some great stuff here.
