Tai Chi

Tai Chi classes are currently suspended due to COVID precautions.

Tai Chi classes have been taught for three decades by Alice Sink at St. Alban’s through the Albany Adult School. Her instruction links directly back to the masters who originated this great tradition of healing and life-giving practice. Now retired, Ms. Sink has designated her senior students to continue this tradition under St. Alban’s umbrella. All classes are team-taught to provide peer review, individual help, and teaching appropriate to student experience and skill level. Classes $90 per 10-week session, payable by cash or check to St. Alban’s Episcopal Church. Scholarships available.
